City Beach 城市沙滩

Let’s go to the beach and let’s not travel for hours on end to finally get stuck in a traffic Jam. We go to the city beach , a man made sand bank next to the capital’s biggest river. We know we can’t swim here and we miss the sound of the ocean but we will be swimming in culture and beauty instead. Relaxing in the sun with a skyline in view is one of the best things for an urban dweller to do on the weekend.  We are guaranteed of new banks playing, dance groups performing, fantastic cuisine and street art all around us. Weaving and wicker in intricate patterns, primary colours mixed with city grey; these are a few details of the richness of materials we can see around us. Small refurbished vans are parked along the boulevard selling organic cookies and salad, typical city food. The blue of the sky and the rightness of the sun make all the colours sparkle even more. References to tropical beaches far away and cultural diversity; this is what we can find on our city beach.

In this topic ,real materials like painted wood, colored glass, many types of weaving, both artificial and natural, throws and plaids for picnic in wool or other rough fabrics are very welcome in our houses.

让我们去沙滩吧，但不要因为交通问题，最终却堵在了去沙滩路上。我们去城市沙滩，在市中心最大河岸边的，一个人造的沙滩。我们知道，我们太怀念海洋了，虽然我们不能在那里游泳，但在那里，我们可以用享受城市美丽的风景来替代。可以在阳光下，美景旁放松心情，是一个城市人能过的的最美好的周末。我们有新乐队的演奏，有舞蹈团的表演，有美妙的东西吃，可以沉浸在街头艺术中。复杂图案的柳编制品，红，黄，蓝混合着城市的灰色；我们可以在身边看到丰富材质上的细节。翻新的小货车停在林荫大道旁，卖着有机饼干和沙拉，典型的城市食品。碧蓝的天空和太阳，让所有的颜色都显的更加闪闪发光。 热带沙滩遥远，城市的文化却是多样的，所以，在这里我们找到了属于我们自己的城市沙滩。
